Refunds

If you choose to purchase one or more of the Offerings provided on our Site, you agree to pay all fees associated with the Offerings. It is the general policy of the Company that all sales are final. Any purchases made for Offerings subject to an outside agreement will be subject to the terms of that agreement. This site does not process credit cards, or take other payment processing information. Payment processing is handled through third-party services, such as PayPal and Stripe. In the event you sign up for a Service that is ongoing and incurs reoccurring charges (such as a subscription), such charges will be billed in advance of service, and are nonrefundable.

We offer a conditional “100% money back satisfaction guarantee” within 30 days. Meaning, if AFTER going through and completing ALL required meetings, calls, and written materials inThe Women of Purpose Impacting the World Mastermind Group Platinum and Platinum Plus levels, you’re not satisfied with the content and you don’t believe that the content has helped shape you towards reaching your purpose, then simply send an email to PurposeWealthLegacy@gmail.com and explain to us why you are unsatisfied and why you didn’t think it was worth the money you invested.

Overdue Amounts

If, for any reason, your credit card company declines or otherwise refuses to pay the amount owed for the Offerings you have purchased, you agree that we may, at our option, suspend or terminate performance of Offerings or delivery of products and may require you to pay any overdue amounts incurred (including any third-party chargeback fees or penalties) by other means acceptable to us. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us. Posting anything derogatory or negative on the internet that mentions the word scam or anything that reflects on our company’s brand image in a negative way for marketing purposes can result in us requesting you alter your advertising. If you do not comply further actions may include but are not limited to an immediate termination of your affiliation with our company.

h. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Frazier Camara Consulting, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources.
